TFA Group (Techno. Fast. Automation) of Companies started its business in 2010 after receiving ISP and ICP licenses from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology with a team consisting of 20 experts and professionals, with the goal of providing Internet access services. The activities at the time of establishment focused specifically on providing Internet access services through Point to Point and international calling cards.
After a year and along with the expansion of Internet usage, introduction of Radio Regulations in the country and increasing demand of the organizations for Internet services, TFA , from among 30 ISPs, could successfully receive PAP license from TCI which led to the incredible expansion of its services and activities.
After receiving aforementioned licenses and remarkable investments, TFA has offered Fiber Optic Cable and its related complementary services such as VDSL, VOD, VPN and E- learning requirements to customers.
By expansion of the activities, other services such as hosting and wireless broadband and specific solutions for organizations in the field of Local and International Communications were added to its product portfolio.

The executives and staff of the company have never failed to strive to provide new ideas and services, and are trying to obtain a higher position and fame in the market and ultimately achieve customer satisfaction.

Human Capital

TFA (Techno. Fast. Automation) human capital consists of more than 500 university graduates in various fields who are working along with 300 of franchises’ employees throughout the country to offer services to customers. It should be noted that more than 90 percent of Shatel employees are graduates of Technical Engineering, IT, Management, Economics and other related majors.
